3 Inch Rear Lift Block Kit With U-Bolts - Tapered Steel Blocks For Truck Suspension

About This Product

Want to give your truck a more aggressive stance and clearance for bigger tires? This 3-inch rear lift block kit might be exactly what you need! The kit includes 2 US-certified tapered steel lift blocks and 4 OEM-grade steel square bend U-bolts with hi-nuts and extra thick washers. The fitment works with all makes and models that have a single 9/16-inch axle pin hole and 2.5-inch leafs requiring square 12.5-inch extra-long clamps (threads can be cut down if needed). The steel blocks are stronger than aluminum alternatives - they're made from 1/4-inch steel that won't bend like aluminum can. The tapered design is crucial for maintaining proper pinion alignment, which helps prevent vibration issues. Installation typically takes 1-2 hours, and it's important to install the tallest ends of the tapered blocks toward the rear of your vehicle. You'll want to retighten the U-bolts after the first 500 miles of driving, and an alignment is recommended to ensure optimal ride quality. The benefits are solid - these blocks not only lift your truck but actually increase rear load and towing capacity. The U-bolts provide maximum clamp force with even pressure distribution, eliminating flexing while maintaining original handling characteristics. American Automotive designs these kits to lift your truck without compromising ride quality. The U-bolt color might vary, but the quality remains consistent. Whether you're leveling your truck, preparing for larger tires, or just want that tough truck look, this kit delivers professional results with durable components that'll last.
